I called on RCM Restoration Services in December of 2010. It was late on a Saturday evening and they responded to my call and came to my house within the hour. Some pipes in my basement had burst and flooded the entire area. That Sunday morning they came to my home on-time and began removing all my belongings and begin the restoration process.
